Clever clogs canine training are reward based dog trainers.
All bookings are subject to the following terms from the date of booking.

Bookings

Courses and workshops are booked directly via the booking system. One to one training for ‘everyday training’ struggles can be booked via the website if you wish to see is at our specified locations.

One to one training where we come to you and behavioural services are booked via your trainer this is to ensure you book the service that is most effective for you and your dog.

Payments

For Group services payment is made via the website booking system.

Behavioural consultations and one to one services are all subject to a deposit which should be made within 5 days of receiving the booking confirmation; the balance for the session is due 48hrs prior.

Liability

The dog being trained remains the responsibility of the owner at all times and any loss or injury incurred as a result of the location, trainers instructions or recommendations shall be at the liability of the owner.

The owner agrees that any decision they make following the trainers recommendations, the location and/or trainer, the trainer shall not be liable for loss or injury to the animal for any reason.

Cancellations/ rescheduled sessions and refunds

Website booking (group classes)

Cancellations for courses should be made by contacting us directly and can only be made 1 week prior to the course start date. Refunds are subject to an administration fee.

Rescheduling a course can only be done 1 week before the course starts.

If any cancellations are made anytime less than 1 week before the start date payment is due in full and refunds can not be given.

One to one you come to us website bookings can only be changed upto 48hours before the session via the booking system used, less than 48hours the session will be charged in full.

Please contact us if you have any difficulties with this before the 48hours notice.

Behavioural training and one to one booking – we come to you.

Cancellation can be made 7 days prior to training session at no cost (minus deposit).

Cancellation of a session 7days-48hours prior to session starting will be charged at 50%

Cancellation within 48hours will be charged in full.

All sessions must be used within 12months of the first session being booked.

One to one booking – You come to you.

Cancellation can be made with 48hours notice.

These should be made via the booking system (please reference your booking confirmation email to do this and contact us within 48hours if you have difficulty doing this)

Cancellation within 48hours will be charged in full.

These sessions are for training only and any dogs with behavioural issues which are looking to be covered within the session will be guided to another service if it is apparent the struggle is more that just training (if you are unsure please contact us for extra assistance when choosing a service).

Withdrawal of services

Trainer, at their discretion may refuse entry to a pet, which is not healthy, is aggressive or does not seem suitable for the services provided/booked.

Trainer at their sole discretion may remove a pet from a group session if they feel a hazard or threat of any nature to any other animal or person is present.

If a trainer feels unsafe at any point sessions maybe terminated immediately.

No refunds will be given.
