Terms & Conditions

Clever clogs canine training are reward based dog trainers.
All bookings are subject to the following terms from the date of booking.

Bookings

Courses and workshops are booked directly via the booking system.

One to one and behavioural services are booked via your trainer this is to ensure you book the service that is most effective for you and your dog.

Payments

For Group services payment is made via the website booking system.

Behavioural consultations and one to one services are all subject to a deposit which should be made within 5 days of receiving the booking confirmation; the balance for the session is due 48hrs prior.

Liability

The dog being trained remains the responsibility of the owner at all times and any loss or injury incurred as a result of the location, trainers instructions or recommendations shall be at the liability of the owner.

The owner agrees that any decision they make following the trainers recommendations, the location and/or trainer, the trainer shall not be liable for loss or injury to the animal for any reason.

Cancellations/ rescheduled sessions and refunds

Website booking

Cancellations should be made by contacting us directly and can only be made 1 week prior to the course start date. Refunds are subject to an administration fee.

Rescheduling a course can only be done 1 week before the course starts.

If any cancellations are made anytime less than 1 week before the start date payment is due in full and refunds can not be given.

Behavioural training and one to one booking

Cancellation can be made 7 days prior to training session at no cost (minus deposit).

Cancellation of a session 7days-48hours prior to session starting will be charged at 50%

Cancellation within 48hours will be charged in full.

All sessions must be used within 12months of the first session being booked.

Withdrawal of services

Trainer, at their discretion may refuse entry to a pet, which is not healthy, is aggressive or does not seem suitable for the services provided/booked.

Trainer at their sole discretion may remove a pet from a group session if they feel a hazard or threat of any nature to any other animal or person is present.

If a trainer feels unsafe at any point sessions maybe terminated immediately.

No refunds will be given.
